Crate training a puppy with three other dogs?

I have 2 older dogs and one 7 month old puppy. I just got another puppy who is about 9 weeks old. How do I Crate Train her if she see’s all the other dogs walking around? when she is in the crate she SCREAMS and cries nonstop. It’s not howling, it is screaming loudly. It’s bad, so I have given up on the crate, but I keep reading that it is the best way to potty train, and I REALLY want her to stop peeing in the house. Help!

I agree with making the crate a good place. It is her bed! You can put a sheet over it so she can’t see out at night if seeing the other dogs is the problem. If they are taunting her from outside, you may have to separate them all at nigh.
